The FitFrying Partnership is a collaborative effort of nonprofit and for-profit companies with a mission to guide industry-wide, healthier frying efforts. Partners include: Bunge Oils; Frymaster, a division of Manitowoc Foodservice; Lamb Weston; and Idaho Potato Commission. FitFrying.com is the partnership's "first-stop" resource for foodservice operators to learn about frying best practices, issues related to frying, and specifically how to incorporate healthier fried foods into menus.
