SoyFoods Council offers a variety of educational resources on the benefits of soy, as well as a variety of soy-based takes on popular dishes.

The Canola Council of Canada is a non-profit association representing the entire canola industry - growers, input suppliers, researchers, crushers, processors, exporters and marketers . This site is a good resource for information relating to canola oil as well as healthy recipes featuring canola oil.

The Harvard School of Public Health site provides foodservice recipes from Sebastian's Café, the cafeteria at the Harvard School of Public Health, that reflect the tenets of the Harvard School of Public Health's Healthy Eating Pyramid. Each recipe yields 100 servings and includes single-serving nutrition information.

The USDA Healthy Meals Resource System site provides standardized foodservice recipes, USDA recipes and recipes from industry and growers.
